便携式XRF能谱仪中锂离子电池恒压转换器的研究

摘要:便携式XRF能谱仪采用锂离子电池供电,锂离子电池放电过程中,输出电压随时间逐渐减小,影响能谱仪检测结果。为消除该不利影响,采用Buck-Boost拓扑结构,基于LTC3789设计宽输入范围、高转换效率的恒压转换器,将锂离子电池转换为恒电压输出。详细介绍了恒压转换器的设计过程,并对其功能和效率进行实验,结果表明:该恒压转换器输出电压稳定,转换效率高,满足使用要求。

Abstract:The portable energy dispersion XRF spectrometer is powered by Li-ion battery. The output voltage of Li-ion battery gradually decreases with the stored energy is released, which causes a bad impact to the detection results of the spectrometer. To solve the problem, a voltage stable converter based on LTC3789 and Buck-Boost topology is designed which has a wide range input voltage and high efficiency. The design process of the converter is discussed in detail and the function and efficiency are tested. It is proved that the converter has stable output voltage, high efficiency and practicability.

引言
X射线荧光(X-Ray Fluorescence, XRF)是由物质中的组成元素受激产生的特征辐射。X射线荧光光谱仪通过测量和分析样品产生的X射线荧光,即可获知样品中的元素组成,得到物质成分的定性和定量信息[1]。随着现代电子技术的发展,仪器功能模块有高度集成化的趋势,且采用小功率X光管,减少水冷系统,可以大大减小仪器体积。用于现场分析的小型便携式XRF能谱仪成为研究热点[2]。
