摘要:针对卫星装备的小型化、整机系统的轻量化需求,提出一种基于顶部热沉的抗辐射POL电源设计方案,重点讨论了电路设计、结构设计、工艺设计。通过仿真分析、样品测试及评估试验,验证该设计的合理性。基于该方案设计的样品在体积、功率密度、重量等方面优势明显,可为宇航用高可靠、高性能电子装备系统提供微型化、轻量化的三次电源解决方案。

Abstract:Aiming at the requirements of miniaturization of satellite equipment and lightweight of the whole system, this paper proposes a design scheme of radiation hardened POL power supply based on top heat sink. This paper focuses on circuit design, structure design and process design. The rationality of the design is verified by simulation analysis, sample test and evaluation test in this paper. The sample designed based on this scheme has obvious advantages in volume, power density, weight and other aspects, which can provide a miniaturized and lightweight tertiary power supply solution for space applications requiring high reliable and high performance electronic equipment systems.

0 引言

随着卫星装备小型化、整机系统轻量化的需求日趋明显,对空间用抗辐射POL电源的体积、重量和封装结构提出了更高的要求,国内外现有的抗辐射POL电源多为金属封装,体积和重量均已无法更好满足单机系统对供电电源的使用需求。本文设计的基于顶部热沉的抗辐射POL电源具有输出电流大、体积小、重量轻等优点,可为系统提供一种微型化、轻量化的三次电源解决方案。
