逆变电源的并联技术是提高逆变电源供电可靠性和扩大供电容量的重要技术手段。当前大容量的逆变电源的发展趋势是采用新型全控高频开关器件构成逆变电源模块单元,再通过多个模块并联进行扩容。这样可以提高逆变电源模块的通用性和灵活性,使系统设计、安装、组合更加方便,同时增加系统的冗余性和可靠性。交流电源间的并联远比直流电源并联运行复杂,由于其正弦波输出,逆变电源的并联需要满足5项条件,即相同的电压、频率、波形、相位和相序,只有这样才能消除环流、均分负载功率,达到最佳的运行状态,真正实现逆变电源并联[1]
目前,逆变电源并联控制方式一般分为集中控制、主从控制、分布式控制、3C控制和无互连线独立控制5种控制策略。
在现有的各种控制方式中,集中控制、主从控制在实际应用中都有一定的应用,但由于并联控制电路故障可能会引起整个系统故障停机,所以应用受到一定的限制。3C控制实际上是对分布式控制的一种改进,而无互连线控制与实际应用有一定的差距,所以分布式控制相对有一定的优势。
1 分布式控制并联控制策略
1.1 分布式控制的概念
分布式控制技术又称分散逻辑控制,将系统的各个中心环节的控制权进行分散化和独立化,实现系统中各个单元的独立工作。这种控制方式可实现真正的冗余并联,有1个模块故障退出时,并不影响其他模块的并联运行;可靠性高、危险性分散、功能扩展容易等良好的特性已在众多领域中得到了广泛应用;成为计算机系统发展的主要方向之一,是一种比较完善的分布式智能控制技术[2]
1.2 分布式并联的控制原理
逆变电源并联控制策略中,集中控制和主从控制都可能因为部分电路故障而使整个系统故障停机。分布式并联控制[1]策略可解决该问题,在各逆变电源中综合每个电源模块的电流及频率信号,得出各自频率及电压的补偿信号,该方式能实现真正的N+1运行模式。
各模块并联控制单元检测相应模块的市电频率和相位,给其他各电源模块发出同步脉冲,无市电时,同步脉冲有晶振产生,各个逆变电源的锁相环电路用来保证其输出电压频率和相位与同步总线脉冲信号同步。并联控制单元将其他模块单元负载电流与本机负载电流作比较,求出电流偏差,并将其作为电压指令的补偿量发送给每个逆变电源单元,以消除各模块输出电流的不平衡。控制综合部分的均流及同步原理如图1所示。

1.3 并联系统控制方案
在目前所见的文献里,分布式控制并联方案主要包括有功无功控制和平均电流瞬时控制方案两种。
1.3.1有功无功控制方案[1]
有功和无功并联控制,即功率偏差并联控制。通过每个逆变电源单元检测出本单元输出的有功和无功的偏差值,以调节逆变电源单元输出电压的相位和幅值,保证每个逆变电源单元输出的有功无功相等,达到均流的目的。
以2台逆变电源模块向同一负载供电为例进行简单的分析,如图2所示,其中X为线路阻抗,U0为并联电网电压。

逆变器1供给负载的复功率为:

由于一般逆变电源输出电压和系统电压间的相位差很小,
同理逆变电源2的输出功率为:

由式(5) 和式(6)可看出逆变电源的输出有功的大小主要取决于功率角,而输出无功功率则主要取决于输出电压的幅值,因此,可以通过改变逆变电源的输出电压幅值来控制无功功率,通过改变相位来控制有功功率,从而实现各输出电源模块的均流。 基于有功无功控制策略系统图如图3所示。

通过上述分析可得出这种控制策略的特点[3]
(1)采用3条并联控制线:有功功率线、无功功率线、频率线;
(2)各模块之间地位一致, 可以实现真正的分布式冗余控制;
(3)并联控制线属于直流信号, 抗干扰能力较强;
(4)属于平均值控制方式, 动态响应较差;
(5)有功、无功的计算量大。
1.3.2平均电流瞬时控制方案
平均电流瞬时控制方案[1,4]一般通过锁相环电路保证各模块基准电压的严格同步,通过求出各模块输出电流的瞬时平均值进行电流的调节,以达到均流的目的。
根据戴维南定理,1个逆变器可以用图4所示的等效电路来表示,其中是一个可控变电压源,Z是逆变电源的输出阻抗,Zp是连接逆变电源输出端到负载的连线阻抗,Zl是负载阻抗。
在逆变电源并联系统中,每个逆变电源都是一个电压源,如果各个逆变电源完全一致,那么负载电流就会自动地平均分配到各个逆变电源模块中去,然而实际电路中逆变电源的参数或多或少都会有偏差,这些参数偏差最终导致逆变电源的输出电流有偏差。因此,可以把参数偏差当作是加于逆变电源输出电流的一种干扰。为方便分析图4所示等效图,把所有参数偏差造成的影响集中起来并用一个干扰源id来表示,这样均流问题就成为一个抗干扰问题,如图5所示。


引入一个干扰源来代表所有误差偏离,那么并联逆变电源系统中各个逆变模块就可以看成是一致的,如图6 所示。

因为把所有逆变电源看作是一致的,所以有:

由图6可以得到描述并联逆变电源系统的一组方程:

因为是平均电流均流法,共享信息是平均输出电流,因此,

式(12)、式(13)展示了系统电压调节和均流特,性系统是否稳定由式(12)、式(13)分母的根的位置决定。
基于上述分析可知该控制策略的特点如下:
(1)电压基准、电压反馈、电流基准均为各并联模块相应信号的平均值,并联后系统的动静态性能不低于单模块设计性能,且不需附加额外的并联控制模块;
(2)各个模块之间地位一致, 可以实现真正的分布式冗余控制;
(3)并联方法模块间的模拟信号线较多,不适于远距离通信,易受干扰;
(4)并联控制电路复杂,可靠性降低。
2 结论
基于分布式的逆变电源并联运行不仅可以满足容量扩充的要求,也可组成并联冗余系统,提高运行的可靠性,同时也使整个系统具有极高的系统可维护性能,在逆变单元出现故障时,可方便地进行热插拔更换或维修。本文对分布式并联控制的常用方法进行了详细的原理阐述和简单的比较,指出了其优缺点,在实际应用中可以根据侧重点进行选择。
